Fees
Please be aware that lessons are charged per term depending on the number of lessons (no lessons on public holidays).
There is a $10 enrolment fee charged in your first term.

Please note fees are paid on a term-by-term basis. Most terms are 10 weeks, although this might differ slightly. Please see the Term Dates for more information.
You are welcome to set up an Automatic Payment to pay the term fees. Please enquire about this.
Cancellation Policy
We are unable to provide a refund for lessons which are cancelled after booking. Even though we have a large waiting list, it can be very difficult to fill your space as we try to match our swimmers very closely in ability. As a small business, last minute cancellations can affect us severely. Please be aware of this policy when making bookings.
Make-up Policy
SwimSense does not guarantee make-up lessons. You have paid for that time slot for lessons, please make it high priority to come. However we understand that illness occurs and it can’t be helped. We offer a make-up lesson for private lessons only.
Private Lessons
If your child is sick and you have given us notice by 8am on the day of their lesson, or before, we may be able to slot your child in to a space where we know someone else is away for the day. One make-up per term. Credits are kept for two terms. The time slots will be made available on our whiteboard in the pool entrance or on our latest news page on website.
Shared privates
Our apologies but we can’t offer a make-up for the shared private lessons if the other child is still having their lesson. The pool still has to be heated and chemicals prepared for the class.
